Hawaiian Massage- Sacred Hawaiian bodywork, called Lomi Lomi, with roots in ancient Polynesia and Hawaii, is a transformational

waves.
Lomi Lomi starts with a prayer and
the intention to treat you as the most sacred thing in the world. Using long, fluid strokes sometimes going from head to toe,

Deep Tissue Massage- Long deep pressure strokes, specific trigger
point work, heat packs and pain relieving ointments are used to relieve chronic pain and muscle soreness. Arnica oil is used
to reduce after-massage soreness.

Myofascial Release- Myofascial
Release Massage is very deep, intense work designed to remove and break- up restrictions, adhesions and scar tissue. While
it is fantastically effective at relieving pain, it can be very intense work and is not suited for the faint of heart. It
incorporates sustained deep pressure while stretching both the muscle and the surrounding fascia.
This two hour session includes assessment, myofascial release
techniques (similar to Rolfing/Hellerwork), active isolated stretching, moist heat and is completed with a mini-Signature
Massage.
You're a candidate for this work if your body feels: hard, rigid, short, gluey, or inelastic. For best results a weekly or bi-weekly session is highly recommended. A minimum commitment of a monthly session
